Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your time is valuable — and so is mine! I am committed to giving every guest the best experience possible. To keep things fair for everyone and to respect the time of myself, you, and other guests, I kindly ask that you take a moment to review my cancellation and no-show policy below:
No-Show Policy
A credit card on file will be required for all appointments.
Life happens, and I completely understand — but if you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, a 50% charge of the booked service will apply for that visit.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you happen to be running 10–15 minutes behind, please give me a call to ensure your appointment can still be accommodated within the new time frame.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the original appointment time may be forfeited.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Any cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% service charge of the appointment booked.
